CATERING AND RENTAL SERVICESMorden Friendship Centre offers a catering and facility rental service for up to 200 people for the Auditorium and up to 50 people for the Conference Room. The Service includes meetings, banquets, buffets, coffee and refreshments and bar service where desired. Bookings are made through the Executive Director of the Centre.

A holding deposit of $100.00 for the Auditorium and $25.00 for the Conference Room is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled date of the event. The full rent is payable at the date of the event with the holding deposit being retained as a damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned to the renter within seven (7) days after the date of the event upon satisfactory inspection of the premises by the renter and a representative of the Centre as per the Facility Condition Report.
Membership Discount - Members of the Friendship Centre receive a discount of the cost of one membership.
Rental Includes: Set-up and clean-up; Round or Rectangular tables; Head table set-up on stage. Chairs, piano, audio visual equipment – flip chart, VCR with monitor, DVD
